Assam to Roll Out Nijut Moina Asoni 2.0 on August 6, Aiming to Empower 10 Lakh Girls

The Assam government will launch the Mukhya Mantri Nijut Moina Asoni 2.0 (MMNMA 2.0) on August 6, 2025, for the financial year 2025–26, aiming to support 10 lakh girls in pursuing higher education by distributing free application forms. In Karbi Anglong and West Karbi Anglong, the programme will be held at six venues, featuring dignitaries like KAAC CEM, MLAs, and the Deputy Speaker. Events will be hosted in colleges across Diphu, Bokajan, Deithor, Dokmoka, and Donkamokam. The DIPRO is tasked with promoting the initiative widely through digital and social media platforms to boost participation and awareness.
