Four village leaders from Meghalaya — Leverius Dkhar, Krin Dkhar, Cacino Marak, and Almen D. Shira — will attend the Independence Day celebrations at the Red Fort as Special Guests, recognised for excellence in sanitation, waste management, and water supply under the Swachh Bharat Mission-Grameen.
