NYT: President Trump Unlikely to Visit India for Quad Summit This Year

Trade negotiations stalled after Trump imposed an additional 25% tariff on India over Russian oil imports. Relations further soured during a June 17 call, where Trump claimed credit for ending India-Pakistan hostilities and hinted Modi should support his Nobel bid.
