Meghalaya Police’s Special Investigation Team (SIT), probing the murder of Indore businessman Raja Raghuvanshi, will produce prime accused Sonam Raghuvanshi and others in court on Wednesday. Codenamed 'Operation Honeymoon', the case revealed that Sonam allegedly plotted her husband’s murder during their honeymoon in Sohra. Evidence was collected from Indore and Ghazipur. Sonam was arrested after fleeing and later surrendering in UP. Three hired killers were also apprehended. Raja’s body was found on June 2, 10 days after he went missing. Meghalaya CM Conrad Sangma confirmed strong evidence against Sonam, including recovered items and her suspicious travel movements.
