Tripura CM Launches Major Projects, Pledges Inclusive Development and Citizen-Centric Infrastructure

Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha inaugurated multiple development projects in Khowai district, reaffirming the state government's commitment to inclusive growth and citizen-friendly infrastructure. Projects included a new police station, ST Boys’ Hostel, and several virtual inaugurations. He highlighted the government's focus on improving rural livelihoods, law enforcement, and tribal development. Emphasis was placed on education, health, agriculture, and local resources like bamboo and rubber. CM Saha also spoke on employment, announcing new constable and sub-inspector appointments. He praised PM Modi’s Viksit Bharat vision and initiatives like Ayushman Bharat, while reporting a 19.4% drop in the state’s crime rate in 2023–24.
