Ahead of the Bihar assembly polls, PM Narendra Modi, during a rally in Siwan, criticized RJD and Congress, blaming them for Bihar’s poverty, corruption, and “jungle raj.” He accused them of promoting poor infrastructure, mafia rule, and stalling development. Modi said the NDA restored Bihar’s growth and emphasized “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas,” contrasting it with RJD’s “parivaar ka vikas.” He also launched 28 development projects worth ₹5,900 crore, including the Vaishali–Deoria rail line and Vande Bharat Express to boost connectivity. He highlighted the ‘Make in India’ initiative and flagged off a Marhowra-built locomotive for export to Guinea.
