Meghalaya Police Arrest Two More Accused in Raja Raghuvanshi Murder Case

Meghalaya Police’s Special Investigation Team (SIT) has arrested two more suspects in Madhya Pradesh in connection with the murder of Indore businessman Raja Raghuvanshi, bringing the total arrests to seven. Property dealer Silome James and security guard Balla Ahirwar were apprehended for allegedly helping conceal evidence, including a firearm, jewelry, and laptop. The murder, orchestrated by Raghuvanshi’s wife Sonam and her alleged lover Raj Kushwaha, occurred during a honeymoon trip to Meghalaya. Sonam and four others are already in custody. The SIT is investigating the broader conspiracy, including financial motives and destroyed evidence, to fully uncover the crime’s details.
