Senior Advocate Dushyant Dave, 70, has retired from legal practice after 48 years at the Bar. He announced his decision via WhatsApp, citing a desire to step away at his peak. Dave began his career in Gujarat in 1978 and later became a top Supreme Court lawyer, designated senior advocate in 1998. A three-time President of the Supreme Court Bar Association, Dave now plans to pursue passions like rural development, reading, music, golf, travel, and family time. He has done nearly 500 pro bono cases and expressed confidence in the younger legal generation. He will not engage in legal practice anymore.
