Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has appointed Yulia Svyrydenko as the new prime minister in the largest government reshuffle since Russia's invasion. Svyrydenko, previously first deputy PM and economy minister, aims to boost Ukraine’s defense production and economy. Outgoing PM Denys Shmyhal becomes defense minister amid corruption scandals.
