Tripura Student Body Stages Sit-in Protest Against Illegal Migration

The Twipra Students' Federation (TSF), a key constituent of the North East Students' Organisation (NESO), has called for an All-Sit Protest on August 18 at the Circuit House in Agartala, addressing the critical issue of illegal migration affecting the region. TSF General Secretary Hamalu Jamatia announced that the protest would start at 10:00 am and focus on demanding the protection of the indigenous people, their land, and their cultural identity.
